Complaints Procedure
We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly.
How to complain
Email us at complaints@jerseyclaims.example with a clear description of your concern, your contact details, and any reference numbers.
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 8 weeks.
Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may be able to escalate your complaint to the relevant ombudsman or regulator in your jurisdiction.
