No guarantee

Compensation is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the individual agreement, the lender's response, and any ombudsman process.

Fees

There is no upfront cost to review your agreement. Any fees are clearly disclosed and agreed in writing before work begins on a complaint.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and documents. Misleading information may affect the outcome of your case.
