The criteria below are a starting point. We review every agreement individually to assess whether a complaint about possible undisclosed commission is appropriate.
- You financed a car, van, or vehicle between 2007 and 2025
- The finance was arranged through a dealership or intermediary
- You used hire purchase, PCP, lease purchase, or motor finance
- You were not clearly told whether commission was paid to the dealer
- You live in Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man
